As a Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to generate active & passive income by closing sales and bringing in new clients for our comprehensive digital marketing services. Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and identify potential clients in need of digital marketing services, including web design & development, paid advertising, social media management, and email marketing.
  • Reach out to prospects through various channels, such as cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and social media platforms.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations with potential clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and specific marketing needs.
  • Present our comprehensive digital marketing solutions in a compelling and persuasive manner, emphasizing the benefits and return on investment (ROI) for the client.
  • Prepare and deliver customized sales proposals and quotes tailored to the specific needs and budget of each prospect.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to agreed-upon terms.
  • Collaborate with our digital marketing team to ensure a smooth transition of new clients, providing them with the necessary information and requirements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize opportunities for upselling and referral business.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to position our services effectively.
  • Target markets: Macedonian and UK Marketplace. Understand the local market dynamics, customer preferences, and industry regulations in these markets.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for sales and a hunger for success.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and handle rejections professionally.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, strategies, and platforms, including web design & development, paid advertising, social media management, and email marketing, is preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and monitor progress.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to generate passive income through commission-based sales.
  • Knowledge of the Macedonian and UK marketplace, including understanding local market dynamics, customer preferences, and industry regulations, is an asset.
