Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand their design requirements and marketing goals.
• Create visually stunning and impactful designs for diverse digital marketing materials, including social media graphics, website banners, email templates, and more.
• Develop innovative design concepts, layouts, and mock-ups that captivate audiences and align with client branding.
• Incorporate client feedback and make revisions to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques, infusing your work with fresh ideas and inspiration.
• Create visual identities for clients, including logos, color schemes, and overall brand aesthetics.
• Ensure consistency in visual identity across various digital and print marketing materials.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality designs that exceed client expectations.
• Foster effective collaboration with team members, integrating design assets seamlessly into marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, demonstrating your exceptional creative talent and expertise.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent tools.
• A strong portfolio that showcases your versatility and ability to create visually compelling designs.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual communication.
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to translate client briefs into visually stunning design solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective teamwork with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and dedicated, with the ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• A passion for staying abreast of design trends and industry developments.
